Belief In The Possible

Not everything is possible. Some things were not meant to be. There are circumstances and situations over which we have varying degrees of control. There are others that are completely out of our reach.

But there is something that needs to be kept in mind. Impossibility or the art of the never can be guaranteed by a lack of belief combined with a lack of effort.

If we believe that something is not possible then it will never be achieved. It’s a lack of will that will result in a lack of outcome.

We all have the ability to set our own boundaries, to nominate our own targets and to restrict, impede or enhance our own performance.

Everyone has unrealised potential and the capacity to at least try and make things happen. And it’s in the trying that we learn and grow. It’s in the trying that we become.

Self-belief is key to survival just as a lack of self-belief is linked to failure.

Before self-belief can become a support and a safe place self-knowledge is essential.

Too many people have only a fleeting relationship with themselves. Not knowing leads to a lack of understanding. Others know but dislike the person that they are.

Anxiety is a fear of the unknown. The most severe form of anxiety results from not knowing who we are, where we are and why we are.

It’s only by understanding whatever it is that is in our hearts and our heads that we can reach a point where that which is happening around us starts to make more sense.

It takes work but the rewards await.
