Want, Will And Work

All the want and all the will amount to little other than frustration without the work.

It’s often been said that good things come to those who wait. But there is much more to it. Good things come to those who put effort into making it happen. Good things are the reward for effort …for focus…and for persistence.

Everyone has hopes, desires and ambition. It’s those forces that challenge us to find a different way of doing things. It’s those drivers that should keep us looking around us and ahead of us rather than behind us.

The problem is that painful past experiences can rob us of the confidence we need to keep moving forward. Our mental state can keep us frozen in time. It can keep us waiting…and waiting.

Success is not just a state of being. First it is a state of mind. Not unlike happiness, success is different things to different people.

It’s important to appreciate and understand where we are before attempting to reach where we want to be.

We may be in our best place and living our best life without realising it.

There is, however, a change potential we all share. And it’s one that is possible, with effort, for everyone.

We can be a better person today than we were yesterday. It’s up to us.
